Idaho Inventor Develops Bovine Germicide Application Device

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 23 -- Dennis Lee Hakes of Heyburn, Idaho, has developed a bovine germicide application method.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the invention relates to a "method and device for applying germicide solutions to a cattle teat or other item in a way that reduces the amount of waste that typically accompanies this process.
