ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 20 -- Steven P. Young of Boulder, Colo., Ramakrishna K. Tanikella of Thornton, Colo., Manoj Chirania of Palo Alto, Calif., and Venu M. Kondapalli of Sunnyvale, Calif., have developed a interconnect driver circuit.
