Pinakurat, the spicy vinegar from Iligan City, has become one of the cherished pasalubong (arrival gift) of balikbayans who are ordering the condiment by the case. Made from fermented coconut nectar and spices from the farmlands of Lanao del None and Iligan City, the vinegar is manufactured by Green Gold Gourmet, a family business of René Jose Stuart del Rosario, an Iligan-based entrepreneur.
