Maryland Inventors Develop Bolometer Type Focal Plane with Radiation Sensor

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 22 -- Nathan Bluzer of Rockville, Md., James Halvis of Severna Park, Md., and Robert Shiskowski of Sykesville, Md., have developed a bolometer type sensor.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A bolometer type focal plane is made up of a plurality of silicon sensors.
