Status epilepticus in an adolescent patient with adrenoleukodystrophy

Abstract.
Adrenoleukodystrophy is a neurodegenerative disease with X-linked recessive inheritance, which rapidly leads to neurological dysfunctions in childhood. It could only be treated by bone marrow transplantation at early stage.
