ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 26 -- Shigeyuki Maruyama, Yoshikazu Arisaka, Kazuhiro Tashiro, Takayuki Katayama, Tetsu Ozawa and Yuushin Kimura, all from Kawasaki, Japan, have developed a test system for testing semiconductor device.
