HICKORY CITY COUNCILWOMAN SALLY FOX WINS PRESTIGIOUS AWARD

The city of Hickory issued the following press release:
Hickory City Councilwoman Sally Fox earned a prestigious award from the North Carolina Main Street Association during its annual meeting that was held in Rocky Mount on January 31 - February 1.
Councilwoman Fox was named the "2007 Main Street Champion for her dedicated support of the downtown revitalization efforts of Hickory Downtown Development Association."
During the recognition, the nomination for Councilwoman Fox from the HDDA was read to more than 300 people attending the conference.
