Servicemembers speaking foreign languages are yet another weapon in the war on terror.

Six years after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, military commanders still need thousands of servicemembers with language skills to win hearts and minds in Iraq, Afghanistan, and anywhere else troops are deployed. How to accomplish this has been much debated.
