The city of Harrisburg issued the following press release:

Mayor Stephen R. Reed today honored the Harrisburg City Islanders for their dramatic win in the United Soccer League (USL) Second Division championship on Saturday, August 25, marking the first time the city-based team - or any professional soccer team in the region - has ever won their professional soccer league's top post-season honors.
