The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the text of the following delegated order:
Alabama River Newsprint CompanyProject No. 12808-000 ORDER ISSUING PRELIMINARY PERMIT
On July 10, 2007, Alabama River Newsprint Company (permittee) filed an application for a three-year preliminary permit under Section 4(f) of the Federal Power Act (FPA) to study the proposed Claiborne Hydroelectric Project No. 12808. The proposed project would utilize the existing U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Claiborne Lock & Dam and would be located on the Alabama River in Monroe ...
