WASHINGTON, DC - The House of Representatives late last week passed the Transportation, Treasury, and Housing and Urban Development Appropriations bill for Fiscal Year 2008 after adopting two amendments authored by U.S. Representative Alcee L. Hastings (Fla.-23), which, if signed into law, will have major positive impacts on South Florida.
