Zimbabwe: Surprise, surprise, tourism is on the rise

Zimbabwe is an enigma. From politics, economics to tourism, the country is defying all logic and confounding its detractors. Thus, even for the dyed-in-the-wool nationalist, statistics showing foreign tourism hitting an all-time high in 2006 is a bit difficult to believe. But it is the truth.
