Two April hearings of the Judiciary Sub-Committee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security, and International Law were surprisingly packed with viewers and press to hear discussion about two seemingly wonky topics - the history of the 1986 and 1996 immigration reform bills. But the information covered was riveting and relevant - at least for political junkies hooked on immigration reform.
