The District of Columbia Department of Health issued the following news release: DC Department of Health Director Gregg A. Pane, MD, today announced the selection of Tori Fernandez Whitney as senior Deputy Director of the Addiction Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA). Ms. Fernandez Whitney was tapped for the post by Mayor Adrian M. Fenty on Wednesday, June 20.
