HORSESHOE CRAB HARVEST EMERGENCY REGULATIONS ADOPTED

Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control issued the following news release:

Effective Monday, June 11, 2007, the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) adopted emergency regulations for Delaware's horseshoe crab annual harvest limit and season. The regulations were adopted as a result of a Secretary's Order signed by DNREC Secretary John A. Hughes and will remain in effect for 90 days, through September 8, 2007.
