Boston Public Schools issued the following news release:
On national Absolutely Incredible Kids DayTM, Mayor Thomas M. Menino, Superintendent Michael Contompasis and School Committee Chair Elizabeth Reilinger paid a surprise visit today to the Louis Agassiz Elementary School in Jamaica Plain to congratulate the winner of the first Boston Public Schools "Absolutely Incredible Kid" contest.
