HORSESHOE CRAB MORATORIUM OVERTURNED BY SUPERIOR COURT

Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control issued the following news release:
Today, the Delaware Superior Court ruled that the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control's 2-year moratorium on horseshoe crab harvesting in Delaware is invalid. The judgment was made as a result of a case filed by two businesses involved in the harvesting and sale of horseshoe crabs from the Delaware Bay.
