ALFRED D. NOYES CHILDREN'S CENTER TO DEDICATE NEW BOOK COLLECTION

The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services issued the following news release:
Donald W. DeVore, Secretary for Maryland's Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) is pleased to announce the Alfred D. Noyes Children's Center will be hosting a dedication ceremony today in memory of Daphne R. ("Dee") Sandin. The ceremony will be held at the Noyes Children's Center in Montgomery County located at 9925 Blackwell Road, Rockville, Maryland 20850.
The ceremony will formally dedicate a new book collection in memory of Ms. Sandin who died in 2006. From1983-2001, Ms. Sandin served as the Education ...
