SprayCool put into new product line

Technology developed by Liberty Lake-based SprayCool is a key component in a new line of memory modules launched by Smart Modular Technologies Inc., of Fremont, Calif., that's designed to remove heat more effectively from high-performance computers.

The memory modules, which are about five inches long, plug into computer servers and are designed so that heat is drawn into a special fluid, recirculated, and cooled.
