Japanese Inventors Develop Photoelectric Converter

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 12 -- Isao Kobayashi of Atsugi, Japan, and Noriyuki Kaifu of Hachioji, Japan, have developed a photoelectric converter, a method for driving the converter and a system thereof.
