Mountain State Unveils Institute of Culinary Arts

BECKLEY - Mountain State University Executive Chef Leonard Bailey is "taking little bites" of West Virginia's piece of the culinary educational pie.

Bailey has a big plan to make MSU a major destination for serious culinary students.

MSU formally announced a name change of the culinary arts program Feb. 19. It's now the National Institute of Culinary Arts at Mountain State University, formerly Mountain State University Culinary Arts Program.
