The Iowa Utilities Board issued the following order:

IN RE: MONTEZUMA MUNICIPAL LIGHT AND POWER PLANT

DOCKET NO. E-21629

ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF FRANCHISE

On March 21, 2003, Montezuma Municipal Light and Power Plant (Montezuma) filed a petition, identified as Docket No. E-21629, with the Iowa Utilities Board for a franchise to erect, maintain, and operate approximately 10.55 miles of 72,500-volt maximum voltage electric transmission line in Poweshiek County, Iowa, pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 478 (2007).
