Rep. Solis Introduces Cesar Estrada Chavez Study Act

WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 -- Rep. Hilda L. Solis, D-California, has introduced the Cesar Estrada Chavez Study Act (H.R. 359), legislation that would "authorize the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of sites associated with the life of Cesar Estrada Chavez and the farm labor movement."
The bill, introduced on Jan. 9, was referred to the House Natural Resources Committee.
