DELAWARE STATE WOMEN WIN BLUE HEN MEET

The Delaware State University's sports department issued the following news release:
The Delaware State women's indoor track and field team won the overall points race at the University of Delaware Winter Invitational in Newark on Saturday.
The Hornets topped all teams with 184.5 points. Delaware (179) was second and Villanova (128.5) third.
Christen Dillard and NeKisha Franklin each recorded two of Delaware State's eight first place finishes.
Dillard racked up 28 points with first place finishes in the high jump (1.65m) and triple jump (11.12m), and a second place effort in the long jump ...
