Introduction
Breast cancer is the commonest malignancy of women in the world. It accounts for about 18% of female cancer cases.[1] The overall incidence of cancer in India is 36.2/100,000 population with marked variation in the different regions of the country. In males cancer of lung, stomach, cancer of oesophagus are the commonest sites of cancer.
