The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:

Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Billings on October 3, 2006, before U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, COLBEY JAMES BRADLEY, a 23-year-old resident of Billings, pled guilty to being a felon-in-possession of a firearm. Sentencing is set for December 28, 2006. He is currently detained.
