Elizabeth City State University issued the following press release:

Curtis Rich, Jr. has been named Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Offensive Back of the Week for the second week in a row as released from the conference office on Sunday afternoon.

In the Vikings 49-33 road loss to Newberry College on September 23rd, Rich completed 15-30 passes for 203 yards and four touchdowns. Three of the touchdowns came in the second half of play in a late rally attempt by ECSU. So far this season, Rich has passed for 764 yards with 10 touchdowns…
