America's Aging Work Force; What Does This Mean for Hispanics?

America's rapidly aging work force is the subject of a recently published booklet, published by the Conference Board, that studies the ramifications of this age-demographic shift for corporations. As is often the case with studies of this kind, the implications for corporations, as well as for Anglo Americans, are very different than the implications for Hispanic Americans, to which the study does relate. This does not mean that the study is invalid, only that the concerns of mainstream America and Hispanic America often seem to proceed on parallel rather than intersecting lines.
