Fish medicine losing its popularity?

Hyderabad, June 9 -- The popularity of the "wonder" fish medicine for asthma appears to be waning, if the turnout this year is any indication.

About 30,000 patients had taken the wonder drug till 10 a.m. Friday from the Bathini Goud family, which distributes the medicine free every year. There were only a few hundred more waiting for their turn at the sprawling Exhibition Grounds here.

This is in total contrast to the stampede-like situation witnessed every year during the last decade.
