JOVIAN Capital Corp. has branched out into the life sciences and indexed markets with a pair of acquisitions.
The Winnipeg-based financial services company acquired control yesterday of Charterhouse PSI Management Corp., a Toronto-based firm that provides investors with exposure to the Canadian preferred-share market through investing in indexed portfolios.
