The Spokane Guilds' School & Neuromuscular Center is an impressive part of the Spokane community. For more than four decades this organization has been a positive contributor to our city. This translates to the enrichment of thousands of lives. Not only does the Guilds' School provide the first level of education and stimulation to a group of young special needs residents, it also provides support, encouragement, and hope to the families of these young people.
