PLAYING THE CULTURE CARD

Peter Smagorinsky and Joel Taxel present a complex, often engaging, explication of contemporary character education. Conceptions of character education reflect, among other things, powerful ideological positions. These ideological positions reveal polarizing moral stances held deeply in our society.
