On Jan. 29, Congressman Kendrick B. Meek joined City of Miami Mayor Manny Diaz and Senior Vice President of ING Ricardo Valencia as honorary starters of the Final Mile, a 1.2-mile run for students in Miami-Dade County Public Middle Schools.
