The city of Fort Lauderdale issued the following news release:

"Help An Old School House Rock Again!" The City of Fort Lauderdale and Friends of Southside will host a barbeque to educate and inform the community about the Southside School restoration project. The event will take place on Saturday, April 1, 2006 from noon to 4:00 p.m. at Southside School, located at the southwest corner of S. Andrews Avenue and S.W. 7 Street in Fort Lauderdale. Parking will be available on site.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature entertainment and activities for the entire family. ...
