Heterologous differentiation in osteosarcoma is rare, with only 17 cases previously described in the literature. We report a case of a mandibular osteoblastic osteosarcoma with rhabdomyosarcomatous differentiation in a 45-year-old man who had a history of Hodgkin lymphoma that was treated with chemotherapy and radiation.
