Clydeside Cerium Building sold by RBS for (pounds) 21.5m

ROYAL Bank of Scotland subsidiary KUC Properties has sold the Cerium Building on the corner of Douglas Street and Waterloo Street in Glasgow for (pounds) 21.5 million.

KUCP disposed of the 74,000 sq ft building only six months after forward-funding the development, undertaken by Taylor Woodrow.

KUCP is part of the property joint ventures team at Royal Bank. The bank will take a profit of around (pounds) 1m on the disposal. The buyer is believed to be a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank.
