Bo Jackson proved today he can still hit. It's his running
that's the problem, leaving a big question as to whether he can
continue to play baseball.
In the Chicago White Sox' exhibition opener, Jackson went a
sharp two for two with a two-run double and a walk in a 6-1 victory
over the Pittsburgh Pirates. But he limped badly into second base on
his double, which likely would have been a triple before his hip
injury, and later barely hobbled home on a wild throw.
"I was raised to work hard for my pay and at this point in time,
I don't think I'm earning my keep," Jackson said. "I don't feel ...
