Officer Michael Briggs was chasing Michael Addison, calling "Stop! Police!" when Addison spun around and shot Briggs in the head last month, a police lieutenant testified yesterday. Addison kept running, later calling a friend to say, "I just shot a cop. You're not going to see me for awhile," the lieutenant said.
