An inquest was held by Silas Binney, Esq., Coroner, on the body of
a stranger found dead at North Weymouth, on the 12th inst., in an
unoccupied barn, nearly a half a mile from any occupied dwelling
house, and from appearance and evidence before the jury, was supposed
to have been there for ten days. In his pocket was found thirty-one
cents in money, and a card with the following written upon it; -
"Gilbert Hill, Amherst, N.H. By Freight."
