HYANNIS, Mass. Under a cloudless, albeit hazy, sky on a warm, nearly windless day, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. sailed aboard the 125- foot schooner Spirit of Massachusetts as the guest of honor on a three-hour tour of Nantucket Sound.
