James D. 'Don' Harrington, innkeeper in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH - James D. "Don" Harrington, 73, of Plymouth and Marco
Island, Fla., owner of the Pilgrim Sands Motel at Plymouth Beach for
more than 30 years, died Saturday at his Florida home.
Mr. Harrington was also owner and operator of the Colonial House
Inn in Plymouth. He previously worked for Raytheon and was an
original owner, with his late brother Robert, of the Plymouth Motel
on Route 44. He served as a communications specialist in the Army
from 1951 to 1953, in Germany.
