Photocopying Contract Spurs Bentsen to Admonish the RTC

Treasury Secretary Lloyd Bentsen yesterday told the chief of the Resolution Trust Corp. that agency operations must be brought under control and that the RTC should try to recover whatever it can of the millions of dollars in excessive fees it agreed to pay for photocopying services at a defunct California thrift.
