She has conquered English, art at Catholic High

There's a surprise in store for Haofei Wang when she graduates
from Lancaster Catholic High School at 7 tonight.
Wang's National Honor Society classmates have elected her an
honorary member of the society.
They chose to honor Wang, who came here from China four years ago,
for her perseverance in overcoming the obstacles faced by an English-
as-a-second-language student.
"I knew some English in China, " she said. "Reading lately is
easy, somehow. Speaking is the hardest."
An honor roll student in 2006, she has a 3.5-grade-point average.
