Sometimes convenience can be a catalyst for creative genius.
That certainly has proved to be the case for two veterans of the
Metropolitan Opera who will perform a contemporary staging of
Pergolesi's "La Serva Padrona" Saturday in a Gretna Music concert at
Elizabethtown College.
