Billy McGuigan's portrayal of Buddy Holly isn't an impersonation;
it's a personification.
McGuigan, who anchors Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre's latest
production of the musical revue "Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story," cuts
to the core of the rock icon, revealing the musical soul concealed
behind thick glasses and a neatly pressed suit.
The show itself, tailored to dinner theater with its thin
biographical plot and unsophisticated brand of humor, requires little
