By Ben Teplitz Some teenage dance clubs in Lancaster County can
hardly be recognized as such. They permit girls ages nine and men
aged twenty-eight. The situation has alarmed Harold W. Budding,
first assistant district attorney. He has warned parents to make
certain they learn for themselves whether the teenage dances their
youngsters attend are adequately supervised. Budding, who recently
addressed a city church group on the subject, said, "It's common for
men twenty-two years old to meet girls of fourteen at a dance that
