Former East Lampeter municipal building to go on auction block
|
The former East Lampeter Township municipal building will go on
the auction block Nov. 9. Bidding on the building at 2205 Old
Philadelphia Pike will begin at 1 p.m. The auctioneer is Henry Fisher
of Henry Fisher Auctioneers. The auction is open to the public.
Because the township owns the building, supervisors were limited as
to how they could sell the building, according to township manager
Ralph Hutchison.
"The township is not allowed to negotiate the sale," Hutchison
said.
