Strasburg Borough residents run for three council seats

Four Strasburg Borough residents will run for three council seats next week. Penny D'Alessandro and Lee Potts will vie for the open seats along with former council member Milli Cipilloni. They will compete for votes along with incumbent councilman Joe Coleman. D'Alessandro, Potts and Coleman are running as Republicans, while Cipilloni is running as a Republican on the Democratic ticket. Coleman wants to retain his seat on council after a total of six years of service.
