Ephrata Borough official won't support proposed budget
|
Ephrata Borough should not be spending more money than it is
taking in. That is the concern of councilman Robert Good, who told
his colleagues at Monday's council meeting he will not support the
proposed 2006 budget. The 2006 spending plan projects expenses of
$29.94 million against revenues of $28.82 million. The borough's tax
millage rate will remain at 1.504 mills, but the plan does levy a
