E. Hempfield to rehab historic twin clocks after time takes toll

They're "landmarks to Landisville and Salunga, and a tribute to those individuals who served from this area."

But the two landmarks - the tall, green-capped clocks dedicated more than 57 years ago as memorials to the 219 residents of Landisville and Salunga who served in World War II - have been showing signs of age.
